GRAM'S SECRET STUFF (Print this)
2 or 3 large cans of white chunk chicken
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can stew tomatoes (14 ½ oz.)
4 cups chicken broth (canned)
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili powder
½ tsp. Lemon pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can of Green Giant Niblets corn
Sour Cream
Monterrey Jack grated cheese (or what ever kind of cheese you have)
Bag of corn Tortilla chips

Sauté onion, garlic in large pot. Add tomatoes. Add all other ingredients except chips, cheese and sour cream.

Simmer at least one hour or maybe two OR put in slow cooker on low while you are at work.
Before serving, put broken tortilla chips in bottom of soup bowl and sprinkle cheese liberally over them. Ladle soup over this. Top with dollop of sour cream.
Serve with tortilla chips on the side.

The more cheese and chips in the soup….the better.
Grandchildren love it because they don't know what's in it...Enjoy……..we do!
